So thanks to CNET. This doesnt work with windows ME ,after downloading and opening it asks for a more upto date version of windows,so dont bother if you have ME. I never thought I'd see the phrases 'windows ME' and '' anywhere near each other. You really feel a product not made for your antiquated OS deserves a one-star rating because it does not work with your antiquated OS? The only thing worthy of one star here is your PC 'skillset'. I have Alfa wireless USB adapter, and it has so much problems. But after I installed this driver, it's just great.

Thanks again :. I filtered for Windows ME for this driver. Range of distance is lacking somewhat. Must have the most recent driver file with a Microsoft Hardware Compatibility digital signature,so it is compatible with Vista.

The driver file here is not most recent. Newer version 6. Doesn't work at all, go to install and says 'we don't support your operating system' and you say you do. I dislike it because you lied and it doesn't work. I yes i tried every solution given to me by windows and the internet help sites.
